Currently, they are unable to attend the fault due to dangerous conditions surrounding their equipment. They will need to attend during the day.

Our third party engineer team has attended and has found that the fibre run has been the victim of an attempted theft.
The entire cable run has been affected, so the entire cable run will have to be replaced.
This is a job that will take the entire day and potentially run into tomorrow morning.
The third party engineering team has advised a current ETA of 19:00 on 20/07/2022.
They do expect however services to begin restoring from about midday of the 20th.

Service has currently been restored, we are awaiting confirmation from our carrier that all works are completed, service should be considered at risk until then.
The carrier has confirmed all works have been completed, service is no longer at risk.
