The issue has been identified with a third party supplier. Engineers have been tasked to attend to investigate further. Their ETA is currently 12:30 – 13:00.
Our third party supplier are currently having issues allocating an engineer. We are in regular communication with them to get this resolved as soon as possible.
We can now confirm that third party engineers have attended and repaired a fibre fault. All services affected will now be restored.
