Our monitoring has alerted us to a loss of mains power, which is currently affecting services at the following sites:

The utility supplier, SSEN, have advised that we need to check our equipment is powered before raising a fault.
Our Engineer is due on site for 07:00 to investigate.

We’ve had an engineer attend and confirm there’s no power to the equipment so we’re currently in the process of trying to book a joint visit to restore power to the equipment.
