We are currently investigating this cause of the outage. Further updates will be provided in due course.
We have detected a fault with our 3rd party carrier. A fault has been logged with them to investigate.
We are arranging a joint visit between us and our carrier. Next update will be once we have an ETA.
The joint visit is due at 03:00 this morning.
Our carrier has identified a fiber break and are working to locate the area of the break.
Engineers have traced the fault and have located the break location. Further updates to follow.
The carrier has attended the reported fault location but is unable to identify the break. We have requested a further update.
We are waiting on an update from our carrier and have chased them for the latest. A further update will follow shortly.
The carrier has advised that the fault location is on a third party site and has advised that their next update will be around 14:00 due to access requirements. Update to be provided once the carrier is in attendance. We apologise for the ongoing disruption and will provide further information when available.
The carrier have now confirmed that they have located and repaired the fibre fault.
All services will now be restored.
