We have sourced engineer resource and we have been given an ETA of 11:30am.

The engineer has identified an issue further upstream, we are investigating with the carrier & we will post further updates as we have them,.
We have identified a fault at an exchange and have dispatched an engineer to attend. Current ETA at the fault location is 15:00.
The fault was located & fixed by the carrier on their network, Service should now be restored.
