This issue has been raised with the carrier, we will post further updates as we have them.
Our carrier has been unable to identify the cause of the fault, so has requested a joint visit between us to investigate the fault.
We have dispatched one of our engineers to site, current ETA for our engineer to get there is 11:00.
We have been advised that our carrier has an engineer on site and is investigating. Our engineer is expected on site within 25 minutes.
A Glide Engineer has attended this morning & restored service.
The outage was caused by a Hardware Failure.
