Our monitoring has alerted us to a loss of connectivity in the Stratford upon Avon area which will affect services fed from our cabinet on Stratford Enterprise Park. This also includes Mansley Business Centre. We are currently investigating as a priority and will provide updates here once available.

We have determined that the UPS has failed in the cabinet causing a loss of connectivity to our network equipment. We have dispatched an engineer to investigate. The ETA for arrival at the cabinet is 14:00.
Our engineer has now rectified the issue with the UPS in our cabinet and we have seen connectivity resume. All services fed from this cabinet will now be restored. If you are continuing to experience an issue, please reboot your router in the first instance before contacting our support team (02476 998 998).
