Our monitoring has alerted us to a loss of connectivity to our street cabinet which serves customers on the Chartwell Drive Industrial Estate. This is due to a loss of power in the area which is currently being investigated by Western Power. The current ETA to restore power is 22:00 this evening. We will post further updates once available.

Power has now been restored and our equipment in our street cabinet is functioning as expected. All services affected will now be restored – if not, please reboot your router in the first instance.
