We have lost connectivity to one of our cabinets on Weldon South Industrial Estate (EMCRRBY53). This will be affecting multiple customers on Weldon South Industrial Estate but not all.
This has been raised to our carrier to investigate – It is looking likely that engineer presence is required.

Our engineer and BT Openreach’s engineer will do a joint visit at the A-end of this circuit to investigate a faulty line card. The ETA for this visit is 10:00 on 31/07.
This is now back online. BT Openreach (The carrier) have not provided a reason for outage yet. I will continue to monitor the cabinet overnight to ensure that the service is now stable.
If the service remains stable, we will cancel the engineer visit booked in for tomorrow morning.
