    We have engineers on site and they have found an underground fibre break.
    Because of this, a further engineering team will be required to repair it.

    The ETA of the secondary team is 17:00.

    Further updates to follow.

    Our engineers have now been on site and resolved the issues by repairing the fibre.
    Service should now be restored.

    If service is not restored, please reboot your equipment.
