We are currently investigating this cause of the outage. Further updates will be provided in due course.

    The majority of service has been restored, this was due to power works at our local datacenter. We have asked for environmental checks to be completed on the remaining offline equipment.

    The remaining power works are due to be completed by 14:00 today. Once finished we hope to see full service restored.

    Power works have been completed but our service remains offline. We are arranging an engineer to attend to investigate further. ETA to follow.

    Our engineer has attended site to complete a physical inspection and has confirmed that power has been restored to our equipment. We will continue to investigate the loss of connectivity and provide a further update as soon as possible.

  5. Nathan Evans

    Our engineer will be onsite to perform repair work in the next 30 minutes. ETA for service restoration will be provided once further information has been fed back from our engineer on site.

  6. Ryan Tippins

    Our engineer has now attended site and restored service. If you continue to have any connectivity issues, please contact our support team who will be able to assist.
