We are currently investigating an outage affecting the following locations:

THBK – Bracknell
THSL – Slough

We are currently investigating this cause of the outage. Further updates will be provided in due course.

    Our investigation is still ongoing for this outage. We have raised faults with our carrier for these data centres and have also requested Glide engineer resource to attend.

    We will provide further updates as they become available to us.

    Glide engineers are currently on standby, should they need to attend.

    Our carrier for the data centre has confirmed a Major Incident at BT Slough exchange, their engineers are working to restore service.

  3. Adam Thorn

    Services have now been restored. We are awaiting a further update from our carrier with the all clear, services should be considered at risk until then.

    Our carrier has confirmed all works have completed. Full service has been restored and service is no longer at risk.
