We are arranging for an engineer to attend our equipment to investigate further, we will provide an update as soon as the ETA is available.
Our engineer will be onsite at 11:30 today.
Our engineer is onsite and is replacing the faulty equipment now.
The spare equipment our engineer brought with him was faulty, we are dispatching additional equipment to him which should arrive by 14:30.
The additional equipment was delayed but should be onsite in the next 10 minutes.
The faulty device has been replaced and full service has been restored.
