    Our engineer has arrived but there is no security on site to give him access
    We have tried contacting them but there has been no response
    Someone who was on site confirmed there had been a power cut in the area earlier in the day
    We will organise for a visit tomorrow morning

    A Glide engineer has been tasked to attend our POP at Monkspath Business Park. We are expecting our engineer to be on site within the hour.

    Following a Glide engineer visit, service has been restored.
