Service outage: Issues with outbound calls on VoIP9

Good afternoon,

Users on VoIP9 will have experienced a brief issue of outbound calls reading “Forbidden”.
This was part of a wider issue that has now been resolved as of 14:10.

What do you need to know?
Now that this is resolved, we don’t expect it to happen again.
