How does this impact you?
During this time, all business customers are at risk during the window for up to two hours.
We are not anticipating any downtime but due to the nature of the change, we would consider this an at-risk period.
We will do our best to ensure there is no downtime.
What does it mean to be “at risk”?
The work we are performing will include the entirety of the business network. Due to the severity of the change, we don’t expect any downtime.
As with any change on such a large scale, there is a possibility of complications however they are very unlikely. Instead of guaranteed downtime, we are letting you know you are at risk during this window.
Your service isn’t expected to drop during the maintenance work – however there is a possibility. Due to the time frame of the works, this will give us time to rectify any problems if they do occur.
