    We have investigated and found an issue that will need a physical visit.
    We are going to look at engineer resource to attend at the cabinet.

    We will provide another update with an ETA shortly.

    Good afternoon,

    We’ve been made aware and investigated that the cabinet the connectivity resides in for Thurrock Park Way 29 has been affected by the recent weather.

    Because of the amount of work that is involved in fixing the issue that has occured, we are looking at getting engineer resource to site as soon as possible but do not yet have a confirmed ETA. We will however try for attendance as soon as possible.

    We will advise of any further updates as we have them.

    Due to the nature of the incident, we will be getting an engineer out this evening to investigate the severity of damage to the cabinet.

    The ETA for this engineer is before 19:30 11/02/2020. Once we have this information and assess the damage, we will be able to provide further updates.

    The engineer happened to be in the local area and was able to attend much sooner.

    We have spoken to the engineer on site and have devised that substantial work will need to be done to restore connectivity of this cabinet.

    We will investigate what the best next step is and provide an update once we have.

    Due to the cabinet being open and exposed, we have spoken to the power supplier and they have made the area safer and less exposed.

    We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible however do not yet have an estimated time of resolution.
    For health and safety reasons, please do not approach the cabinet.

    We will provide further updates once we receive them.

    Good morning,
    We will have engineer resource on site today to assist in physically restoring the cabinet so that we will be able to begin further work of resolving the issues at hand.

    We will provide a further update at midday.

    Apologies for the delayed update – We have now restored the physical cabinet however we need the power to be restored which will require work from a third party.

    We will update further once we have heard back from the power supplier.

    We are still awaiting further information on restoration of power.
    We are yet to receive an ETA of when power will be restored but once we have one, we will put the update on here.

    We are still awaiting for an estimated time from the power company for them to be able to restore the service.

    Unfortunately due to the resent storms in the area, we are expecting delays. We will advise as soon as we have more information.

    We are still awaiting a further update from the power supplier.
    Unfortunately we still do not have an ETA but we will advise as soon as we do.

    We have been made aware that the cabinet has been knocked over again.
    We will look to get the cabinet physically rebuilt as soon as possible.

    We will advise when we have more information.

    Following the previous update, we have an engineer on site Monday to re-shell the cabinet.
    We are also still attempting to expedite the power restoration and are waiting on our third party supplier.
