Service outage: Coventry Business Park (CMEARD46)

Our monitoring has alerted us to an outage, which is currently affecting services at the following sites:

Coventry Business Park (CMEARD46)

The outage is only effecting customers served via copper (BT Openreach Lines). We will provide further updates as we have them available.

    We have dispatched an engineer to investigate. We expect him to be on site at 09:45 depending on traffic.

    Our engineer has confirmed service has been restored following them replacing a failed optic module in our DSLAM.

    Upon further investigation it appears the DSLAM has failed.
    We expect an engineer with a replacement DSLAM by approx 14.30 today.

    We will post further updates as we have them.

    A Glide Engineer has attended and replaced the DSLAM

    Services should now be back online.
