Our third party carrier will be conducting maintenance work on their network in Reading to increase the resiliency of our network, during the maintenance window below:

End time: 10/12/2019 20:00

Duration of service impact: up to 2 hours

Customers fed from the following cabinets may experience a loss of service:

THS9-DSL1
THS46-DSL1

How does this impact you?
There will be a loss of service at some point during the time-frame stated above whilst we complete the maintenance work.

Your service should come back online following the completion of the maintenance work – if not, please reboot your router in the first instance.
