Service outage: Oakfield Industrial Estate

We have been alerted to a fault affecting some customers in the following location:

Oakfield Industrial Estate – SMEY17

We are currently investigating this outage.  Further updates will be provided in due course.

    We can access some of our equipment in the cabinet. We have identified that services fed BT lines are effected.

    We have requested an engineer to attend site to investigate. We shall provide an ETA once an engineer has been scheduled to attend.

    An engineer is on route to site. We have an ETA or approximately 18:00 depending on traffic.

    Our engineer is on site and identified a fault with our DSLAM. He is currently in the process of replacing it.

    Our engineer has replaced the DSLAM and we have seen service restored. If you are experiencing issues, please reboot your Router in the first instance. If service has not restored at this time please call our support team on 02476 998 998.
