Service outage: Nationwide

We have suffered an outage affecting services across the country. The majority of services have been restored, however were are still investigating fault.

What do you need to know?
We are currently investigating the cause of the outage.  Should you still be without service, please reboot your router in the first instance.

    Service has been restored and is stable across the country, other than services in Portsmouth, Southampton and Eastleigh.

    We are still working on restoring services in these three locations as a high priority.

    We have an engineer on site at our Point of Presence (PoP) in Portsmouth. He has restored services for Portsmouth and Southampton.

    We are still working on restoring service for Eastleigh.

    We’re still experiencing a loss of service to customers located in Eastleigh. We have a senior engineer on route to continue investigating.

    Our engineer has arrived on site and will be starting his investigatory work imminently.
