Service Outage – Basingstoke

We have been alerted to a loss of connectivity to our street cabinets in the following locations:

THBZ47 – Daneshill East
THBZ15 – Daneshill
THBZ46 – Wade Road
THBZ70 – Daneshill
THBZ172 – Daneshill East
THBZ182 – Daneshill

This will affect customers served in the Basingstoke area. We have raised a fault with our supplier and we will provide further updates once available.

    We have now appointed a Glide business engineer to attend our cabinet to investigate our equipment. An ETA will follow once available.

    A Glide Engineer has attended & has restored connectivity.

    Please reboot your Router in the first instance.

    If this does not restore connectivity please contact Glide business Technical Support.
