    We have raised a fault with our third party supplier who are currently investigating. We will provide further updates as soon as possible.

    We have now received confirmation that the circuit has been fully restored. All customers should now be back online. If this is not the case, please reboot your router in the first instance before contacting our support team (02476 998 998).
