    An engineer is now on route to our street cabinet. We have been provided an ETA of 1 hour, dependant on traffic.

  2. Ryan Tippins

    An engineer has now attended and services have been restored. All customers should now be back online. If this is not the case, please reboot your router in the first instance before contacting our support team (02476 998 998).

  3. Mark Hall

    Service was restored following our engineer completing a hardware replacement.
