    We have raised this issue to our carrier for investigation. They can see a fault and trying to arrange resource to attend.

    Next update will be when we have an ETA for the engineer visit.

    The carrier has identified an issue with the Fibre at the Exchange and is in the process of resplicing the Fibre.
    Further updates to follow.

    The circuit has now been restored. However, work is continuing so service should be seen as ‘At Risk’ at this stage.

    We have now received confirmation that the circuit has been fully restored. All customers should now be back online. If this is not the case, please reboot your router in the first instance before contacting our support team (02476 998 998).
