During the maintenance window below a Glide engineer will be working with our third party provider to upgrade the backhaul circuit.

Customers fed from SSGLR100 (Spinnaker road) will experience a total loss of service for upto 5 hours during the maintenance window below:

Planned work start: 22/05/2019 18:30

Planned work end: 22/05/2019 23:30

What’s next? Your service should come back online following the completion of the maintenance work – if not, please reboot your router in the first instance. If this does not restore service, please contact Glide Business Support.
