    We have appointed an engineer to attend our street cabinet to investigate further. An ETA will be provided as soon as possible.

    Our engineer has attended and confirmed that the issue is no power to the cabinet. As a result we have raised a fault with the power supplier and they are appointing an engineer to attend as soon as possible.

    The power supplier engineer has attended and restored power to the street cabinet. All customers should now be back online. If this is not the case, please reboot your router in the first instance before contacting our support team (02476 998 998).
