All Glide Business customers with VoIP products may be seeing a loss of connectivity for multiple handsets.

In the first instance, please reboot your networking equipment to renew the lease (switch, broadband router, telephone handset)

If you are unable to regain connectivity, please contact Glide Business Support on 02476 998 998 for further assistance.

    We have had confirmation from our core team that the issues have now been resolved following the cache being flushed on our main DNS resolver.
