Loss of connectivity – Coventry

Our monitoring has alerted us to a loss of connectivity in the Coventry area which will affect services fed from cabinets on Torrington Avenue and Charter Avenue Industrial estate. We are currently investigating as a priority and will provide updates here once available.

    We have appointed an engineer who is currently en route to investigate connectivity to our street cabinet. The current ETA is 12:15 depending on traffic.

    Our engineer has investigated the street cabinet and deemed that the issue is not there. They are now en route to the other end of the circuit to investigate further. The current ETA is 12:15 depending on traffic.

    Our engineer has determined that the loss of connectivity is not as a result of our equipment. Based on their findings a fibre break is suspected and this has been raised as a fault with our supplier. Our supplier is arranging an engineer to investigate as a priority.

    We are currently awaiting an ETA for our suppliers engineer to attend and investigate the suspected fibre break. We should have this information shortly.

    Or supplier has arranged fibre engineers to attend both ends of the circuit simultaneously. Their ETA is currently 14:30.

    The issue has now been resolved and we have seen our equipment come back online. If you are still without service, please reboot your router in the first instance.
