Notification of emergency planned works: Server maintenance affecting primary DNS resolver

By | 13:04 27 July 2018

We need to perform emergency maintenance on the virtualisation platform that hosts our primary DNS nameserver during the maintenance window below:

Planned work start: 27/07/18 20:00
Planned work end: 27/07/18 22:00

How does this impact you?
During this time, customers may experience slightly slower responses from webpages as the primary DNS nameserver will be unavailable.  We will do our best to minimise the impact for our customers.

What’s next?
At the completion of the maintenance, all normal service should be resumed.

If you continue to experience an impact to service, please contact Glide Business Support.

This work has now been completed and we believe that all affected services should now be back online, with the exception of https://customerstats.warwicknet.com, which is currently experiencing issues.

The virtualisation platform experienced an issue re-attaching its virtual storage after a reboot, which has now been resolved and no physical disk failures have occurred.
