An engineer will be replacing a suspected faulty optic on our fibre backhaul serving New Union Street, in order to resolve an issue with high error rates affecting customers at this location.

    This work has been completed and errors on the link have subsided to zero. We believe that this will have resolved any intermittent connectivity issues being experienced by customers at New Union Street, but if you are having problems then please do contact us.
